This new 272-acre regional park will ultimately become a $100 million regional park. The site capitalizes its former use for stormwater drainage to become a lake amenity. Full build-out is expected to cost $100 million and take place over 10 – 20 years. Dig Studio led the master planning and overall landscape design, as well as Phase I construction services. The park has recently won the Arizona Parks and Recreation Outstanding Facility Award as well as the Engineering News-Record Landscape/Urban Development Best Project Award.
