A 3D study model of play experience features was developed to convey concept ideas to the client group. Conceptual design level layouts were prepared for all public activity areas.
Concept design and cost modeling for the adaptive reuse of the Federal Building. Thematic design was provided for site features and concepts were developed for architectural renovation of the facility. The reuse focused on the design of an indoor ‘infinity play’ experience that used the full vertical and horizontal capacity of the building, and expanded to the roof and to an event patio.
