Market Station Anticipates Opening Late 2020
Market Station will be a highly activated mixed-use development located in Lower Downtown Denver. The project remains on schedule to be delivered by late 2020. Dig Studio was responsible for designing the public realm streetscape and interior paseo and arcade spaces which will host restaurant and retail ground level uses. In addition we were also responsible for designing four amenity roof-top decks that provide onsite amenities for new urban dwellers. The project’s developer, Continuum Partners, remains abreast of the currently shifting retail and restaurant markets, and is working closely with tenants to assure the most appropriate, creative and effective approach to opening. Strategically located between the 16th Street Mall, 17th Street, Market and Blake Streets, and close to the activity of Denver Union Station, this project site remains a proven spot in LoDo for retailers and restaurateurs even in challenging times. The project will offer highly activated pedestrian spaces that incorporate striking lighting, store fronts and art installations, which will create a unique urban vibe and celebrate a new era of urban public open spaces.
