We create. We don’t replicate. Every place is original. Defined by its own geography, history, culture and environment  – deserving of its own unique solution. So we have no signature style.

We’re serious about our work. But we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Design is finding the right solution to a problem. So we tend to be immersive in our approach. We work the problem. We dig. Some have said we’re slightly obsessive. (We take issue with the “slightly” part.)

Our business is collaborative. We’re always partnering with stakeholders, architects and other team members  – often in complex situations such as urban redevelopment projects and public-private partnerships. We’re highly adaptive.

Dig Studio’s Denver office is located two blocks from Denver Union Station and one block off the Cherry Creek bike trail in a historic LoDo warehouse. With leadership from five principals, we are active on projects in parks & recreation, community design, mixed use / TOD development, multi-modal transportation, green infrastructure, education and health.  We pride ourselves on our client base which in many cases we have work worked with for years or even decades. Our creative, site focused design and planning approach as well as our strong project management applies to projects at all scales and complexities.

Our Phoenix studio is a diverse practice leading projects varying from large area and community and watercourse plans to designs for a wide range of project types. This team of curious designers unearths creative possibilities to shape powerful, meaningful places.
